An exciting role as a style advisor offering the highest level of luxury customer service, aiming to delight and surprise. Working within a new retail concept your duties will include hosting, interacting and engaging with all clients, helping brand awareness and customer loyalty. This is the ideal role for a passionate individual confident at building relationships in a new exciting environment.



  • Meet and greet all clients and provide refreshments where required.

  • Provide strong knowledge to clients on seasonal key trends and brand, attending regular training sessions to ensure knowledge is up to date.

  • Pro- active clienteling through email, telephone and other internal communication methods.

  • Collect and manage client data within the current client base.

  • Communicating all product and customer feedback to the management team.

  • Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance and standards are always of the highest quality.

  • Partake in stock take, maintenance and processing, including e-shop picking.

  • Be flexible with working hours.


About you:

  • Previous experience within the luxury environment.

  • Self motivated with a positive attitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to engage and build strong relationships.

  • Problem solving and solution focused.

  • A second language is beneficial.
