STORE MANAGER

The Role Working cross functionally with tenacity to develop and drive the performance of the  brand within your store. Passionately responsible for your location as if it were your own together with everything within it.

You will  be:

  • Managing a small team of 2 people. To Support the continual drive to achieve and exceed sales plan and KPI’s

  • Play an integral part in the training and development of the store team. Work to map a succession plan of talent to support your store.

  • Continually identify and proactively seek sales opportunities, coaching the team to convert through excellent customer service skills.

  • Offer best in class luxury service and product knowledge throughout the entire customer journey, from first purchase through to aftersales.

  • Drive acquisition of new clients and retain clients through an engaging, personable brand experience.

  • Support careful maintenance of your store’s inventory

  • Manage the team in ensuring that all operating guidelines are correctly executed; e.g. Cash controls/Security

  • Where required, make commercial suggestions to our product team at Head Office to improve your stock package and deliver feedback to Design Team. Regularly review your store for commercial opportunities and support in taking action accordingly

  • Ensure your store and team are always presented and maintained in line with brand guidelines

  • Encourage an open, honest and positive team environment. Assist in performance issues that arise within your location

  • Maintain an ongoing, transparent dialogue

  • Be a role model, someone who leads by example 24/7
