An exciting role has arisen with a luxury shopping destination. You will act as a brand ambassador for one of their luxurious boutiques. You will drive your strategic vision and direct the team in providing iconic customer service experience. Your key skills will include knowledge of your clientele, the stores commercial awareness and your knowledge of the luxury brands will guarantee success.



  • To drive sales through motivating the team and achieve and exceed budgets, sales targets and profitability.

  • Maintain a unique and renowned customer service.

  • Be accountable for stock security, ensuring stock takes are carried out efficiently following company guidelines.

  • Deliver business objectives by ensuring all members of the team have the tools and the knowledge of market trends.

  • Support HR and mange any performance management processes where necessary.

  • Exceptional people manager with outstanding leadership.

  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to train and develop the floor team.

  • Have strong commercial awareness.

  • To be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A strong clientele background and ideally luxury retail experience.
